# **Change Control Addendum**

RMC and Crusher ERP — Phase 1

Subject: Business Owner Approval of DB-CHG-006 (Material Return/Recovery)

## **1. Purpose**

This addendum records a single status change: the Business Owner has approved DB-CHG-006 (Material Return/Recovery — extension of the canonical material movement enumeration and inward_entry schema to support a fourth, distinct inward source) for implementation. It does not introduce, alter, or resolve any other requirement, screen, workflow, Functional Specification (FS) ID, Test Scenario (TST) ID, or Open Decision.

## **3. What Did Not Change**

- This approval supersedes only the DB-CHG-006 status field. It does not reopen, re-examine, or alter DB-CHG-001 through DB-CHG-005, all of which were already Approved for Implementation prior to this round and remain unchanged.

- No FRIS requirement, screen (all 62 remain exactly as specified), workflow, FS ID (325 total, unchanged), TST ID (273 discrete + 4 reusable suites, unchanged), or Open Decision (24 total, unchanged) is affected by this approval.

- FRIS v1.0.1 Final Audited does not need to be regenerated solely for this status change. The FRIS's own INW-SCR-004/005 specifications (Sections 11.14–11.21 of that document) already describe the confirmed Material Return/Recovery behaviour correctly; only the underlying database's own implementation status has changed, from Proposed to Approved.

## **4. Where the Approved Design Is Documented**

Database Architecture and Data Dictionary v1.2, Section 30.1 (Database-Change Traceability Table) and Section 33.10 (Change Log entry) provide the full consolidated record of all six approved changes. Section 10 (Detailed Data Dictionary) provides the column-level implementation detail for recipe_line and the extended inward_entry/material_movement schema. Section 29.1 (Migration Specification) provides executable PostgreSQL migration guidance for DB-CHG-006 specifically, including the new RETURN_RECOVERY_INWARD movement type, the four-value source_type CHECK constraint, and the eight new inward_entry columns with their governing foreign keys and CHECK constraints.
