# Phase 7 implementation report **Status:** Implemented against approved `docs/PHASE7_PLAN.md` at `b05a5b2931b774be23b0c375feff13500deadf32` and binding decisions **P7-D1–P7-D5**. **Phase 6 remains closed:** implementation `146baa157c2cf861be103f3d2ae7aebea064529d`, documentation `bd0f3ceec6e46857883dfc24e6bd546fbb8bc600`, tag `phase-6-final-approved`, baseline **313 / 10,394 / 0**. **Stack (unchanged):** CodeIgniter 4, PHP 8.2+, MySQL 8 InnoDB, server-rendered Views, progressive JavaScript only, CI4 sessions, Argon2id, active-role-only permissions. **No Phase 8.** No new schema, permission codes, or business rules. --- ## 1. Before / after finding counts Planning register (`docs/phase7-audit/finding_register.csv`) recorded **21** pre-implementation findings. **Corrected in Phase 7 (application):** skip link, 2px token focus ring, overlay focus trap/restore, P7-D4 blocked-action pattern, error `aria-describedby` / summary focus, operational tablet pin-wrap, tokenised banner/scrim colours, tabular numeric alignment, breadcrumbs with P7-D3 rules, 24 P28 journey tests, 606-frame HTTP state assertions, object-level GET **403**, unauthorised POST **403**, secret redaction in audit writes, rate/inward/rejection restricted banners, later-invoice concurrent overlay. **Accepted without schema/permission/rule change:** unavailable Figma P29–P32 export files; proof frames remain absent; compatibility-only inward approval-named frames and disposition-reversed copy; loading as development overlay; Figma Plugin API cross-page gaps (web navigates); CSV 606 already matched catalogs at Checkpoint A. **Zero** blockers requiring new schema, permission codes, or business rules. Proof frames not added. --- ## 6. 62-Screen-ID result **62/62** Screen IDs. INV-SCR-004, RPT-SCR-003, and AUD-SCR-001 Phase overlaps are not double-counted. --- ## 7. Alias result **Exactly 12** approved aliases. Coverage keys are CSV names. Figma aliases are not catalog keys. Alias `D-RPT-SCR-006-InventoryPosition-Default` is not painted as a catalog frame. --- ## 8. Responsive result 107 mobile frames at 390×844: Mobile Header, ≥44×44 hamburger, closed inert drawer, cards not compressed tables, no page overflow in the Chrome matrix (`horizontal_overflow=NO` for all 107). Tablet frames exactly: `T-CHL-SCR-002-Create-Approved`, `T-DSH-SCR-001-View-Default`, `T-RPT-SCR-006-Report-Default`. T-RPT-SCR-006 pin-wrap is operational (Material pinned, columns 2–10 scroll, Closing reachable, no full-page overflow). --- ## 9. Accessibility result Runtime P30 behaviour implemented (skip link, 2px token focus, landmarks, one h1, labelled selectors, error association, overlay trap, reduced motion, mobile targets, P7-D4 blocked actions). 15 representative frames re-tested as **application** evidence. See `docs/FINAL_ACCESSIBILITY_REPORT.md`. --- ## 10. Content / visual result Banner/scrim colours use tokens. Tabular numbers on calculation summaries. Round-off always visible including ₹0.00. Grouped thousands rupee format. Prohibited visible production terms at zero except documented denial copy. Role label is **Billing Clerk**. IRN actions are **Record IRN Outcome** / **Retry IRN manually**. --- ## 11. Navigation and 24-flow result **24/24** operational P28 flow boards have web routes, triggers, permission/status notes, success/failure/back paths, automated journeys (B/H) and Chrome GET journeys (I). **0** broken operational destinations. Figma Plugin API gaps are not web gaps. Invoice vs Challan approval remain separate. No fake POST for compatibility, loading, disposition reversal, or automatic IRN. --- ## 12. Security result See `docs/FINAL_SECURITY_REPORT.md`. **0** actionable security defects. **0** permission-union behaviour. **0** prohibited DELETE. **0** automatic IRN. Unauthorised POST **403**. Object-level GET **403**. Production ignores `?frame=`. --- ## 13. Automated test totals Phase 6 baseline: **313 tests / 10,394 assertions / 0 failures**. Checkpoint H complete suite: **347 tests / 27,473 assertions / 0 failures**. Checkpoint J complete suite: **351 tests / 31,559 assertions / 0 failures** (`vendor/bin/phpunit --no-coverage`, Time: 24:44.611). Phase 7 filter alone: **38 tests / 21,142 assertions / 0 failures**. --- ## 15. Backup / restore procedure 1. **Backup:** `mysqldump --single-transaction --routines --triggers rmc_erp > backup.sql` plus copy `writable/exports/` if retained files are required. Do not back up `writable/session` as a restore source. 2. **Restore:** create empty MySQL 8 database, `mysql rmc_erp < backup.sql`, restore `.env`, `php spark migrate` only if the dump predates current migrations, confirm `encryption.key` matches the dump era or sessions will be invalid (users sign in again). 3. **Verify:** `GET /health` returns `phase: 7`; frozen sample figures apply only to demonstration databases, not empty production. Audit table is append-only. Do not run DELETE against `audit_event`. --- ## 22. Final implementation HEAD `26cf766d1a48a5b8866c11c6f738d23523cd27c9` (Checkpoint J: handoff package, `/health` phase 7). --- ## 23. Final documentation HEAD The documentation stamp commit on `main` immediately after Checkpoint J (this file). Tag `phase-7-final-approved` should point at that stamp commit once created locally. --- ## 24. Proposed local tag `phase-7-final-approved` on the Checkpoint J commit. **Do not create the tag in this session.** --- ## 25. Deployment statement **Phase 7 is complete. The application is ready for deployment** on PHP 8.2+ / MySQL 8 InnoDB hosting that meets §18–§21 (cPanel, VPS, or equivalent). Rotate demonstration passwords before any shared environment. It is **not** Vercel-deployable. Do not start a Phase 8.
